Yes a month out! Can’t believe it - I’m down 34 pounds (since opti) and my only lingering issue is exhaustion. Already totally worth it! I’ll be thinking of you on 12/3!

So I played in a baseball tournament this weekend and tore my ACL and meniscus in my GOOD KNEE.....I am absolutely devastated........talk about getting derailed.....I need to reevaluate my program, goals, in life........

It was My first date night alone with my husband in years! I'm super committed and won't use another unless I'm deathly ill or something :)

Sept 3 Exercise - yes - 5 hours of cleaning/organizing and 60 min grocery shopping/ carrying groceries/ putting them away Food - despite a lunch at a restaurant was able to stay under calories Track - yes!

question on staying in your calories limit - it's net calories right? I.e I've set my goal as 1400 but if I eat 1500 and exercise 500 calories I'm good right? Active days need more food or it leads to starvation and binging for me :)

Hey, the trainer keeps me accountable and is building a "diet" plan for me (i.e. new healthy lifestyle plan) - that's why I like having her! I have a family too that bosses me around but it's different heheh :)

Fit and happy - a long walk at lunch counts as exercise for the group (as long as it was over 20 min)! I'd say change that to yes !
