Everyone is different, I can't eat a lot before a workout. I tend to eat a banana about 30 min before. I have a proper meal after the workout.

As someone who is on trt, definitely talk to your doctor about it. At your age you can get started on a regimen with a blood test. Just be ready to inject yourself once a week for life.

Honestly it depends on you. I would personally cut to 10% then bulk as you will already be lean. If you are okay with being 14% then bulking go for it

they are not really necessary. Its to supplement your diet. I have never used one, but I get enough through food.

Never weigh yourself the day after a cheat meal or day lol. I've gained up to 15lbs after. Just drink plenty of water and go back to your normal diet. It will even out in a few days.

If weight loss drugs worked without counting calories then no one would be obese. Just sayin....

Normal macros should work for you. Get your numbers dialed in and the weight should come off. After I got my numbers in range I was losing 1-2lbs a week.

Keep losing weight. Having low body fat helped my chest look a lot better. You should see a doctor to rule out gynecomastia. If it truly is gyno, the only option would be surgery.

Once my levels got in range the weight just started falling off. Im also hypothyroid and lost 200lbs. I actually eat a ton of food now just to maintain my weight haha

You look amazing! I would rather have my loose skin than the fat any day. You definitely have loose skin, no doubt about it. After losing 200lbs myself I had the same issue. What I noticed is, as I got leaner the skin started to look better. Not sure if its true but I read online that getting lean helps with the loose…

A few lbs gained is not really a big deal. Letting yourself go is. Being overweight/obese isn't healthy. I want my SO to live a long healthy life together

Most people consume way too much protein. You really don't need that much at all. Im 6ft 206lbs and eat roughly 110g a day at most. I suggest you read "proteinaholic " by Garth Davis.
