  • A lapse in diet is no big deal here and there. Nothing at all wrong with an occasional treat. Don't beat yourself up, log it and move on. :)
  • I do not log my workout. I do T25 (30 min), but I never eat exercise calories back unless I'm very hungy. I do this because I do not use a food scale. I do measure carefully, but there's a good chance I'm not as accurate as I would be actually weighing my food. Seems to be working out. My loss is consistently 1lb/week,…
  • I simply buy fudge bars or ice cream sandwiches. Fairly low in calories, and it makes portion control easy. Otherwise, I'll sit and eat an entire pint of Ben and Jerry's. Lol
  • I never eat before my workout for this reason. Even something small will nauseate me. Once I started working out first thing in the morning, I haven't had any issues. Try laying off of food for a few hours before and see if it helps.
  • I love overnight oats. I eat them every morning. I use 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/3 cup milk, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 tsp honey, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, and 1 Tbsp Sunbutter (I have a peanut allergy). It fills me up until lunch, and it helps with my chocolate cravings.
  • @RachelRiley87 I eat pretty consistent meals daily. For breakfast I do overnight oats and a banana. Lunch is usually some kind of chicken and rice recipe that I make on Sundays to take to work all week. Dinners vary. Anything from spagetti, more chicken, soups, fish sticks.... Dinner is not my Heather meal usually, but I…
  • Hello all! Just found this post and feel late to the party, but here it goes! lol I LOVE T25. I completed the whole series lay year with great results. I'm now doing my 2nd round after a rough end to last year and beginning to this year, including a hysterectomy in Feb. That was a 10 pound weight gain. I'll be starting…
  • Same as always. Overnight oats and a banana.
  • I used to stuggle with my eating too. Especially with free lunches and junk being brought in non-stop, it's hard to resist! Meal planning is a must. Before my work week starts, I prep all of my breakfasts and lunches for the week (4 each). For breakfast I always do overnight oatmeal, lots of protein to keep me full until I…
  • Another vote for the Fitbit One. I clip it right in the middle of my bra between the cups. I've found it counts more accurately than ones worn on the ankle and wrist.
  • Age: 37 Height: 5'7" CW: 148 GW: 140 I'm eating 1460 calories per day, plus about 50% of exercise calories if I'm hungry. I started out at 161 pounds. For exercise, I do T25 every morning. I'm also very active at work, so by the time I get home, I'm well over 5,000 steps just from work. I do not log exercise, I go by my…
  • I mix my grounds with cinnamon, brew, then I add 2Tbsp half and half (40 cals), and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (about 10 cals).
  • Prune juice with a Tbsp of butter. If all else fails, Miralax. Also add a stool softener, like Colace, a few times a week to keep things moving.
