Thanks for the great replays, they definitely inspired me to wait and see .. 6 month from now I'll reasses the situation and see if i'll cut or maybe i'll be happy with what i have regardless of the scale weight ..

Thanks for the reply! .. and to answer your questions, no i don't plan to compete or anything. but will going on a surplus + SL help me lower my body fat percentage without having to cut in the future??!! My weight is in the healthy range but i do want to lower my body fat percentage.

No 3 months ago after losing the 25 pounds, i decided to recomp. it took me 6 months to lose them :D Thanks for the advice i think i should replace the walking with HIIT too.

The hair in the middle of my head is now half its original length maybe even shorter. It's like i have blocks of shorter hair in the middle and few long strands on the top. 6 months have passed since this and iam not seeing any improvement

No i've lost 25 lbs in 7 months .. i've noticed my hair falling after 3 month of starting, at that time i lost only 11 lbs.

No i don't .. i've taken a multi vitamin course once 5 month ago .. i've heard alot about biotin regarding hair, i'll give it a try.

I eat whenever iam hungry decent amount of food .. if my calorie defecit was lower i would have been losing more weight at a faster rate .. it's been 2 month since the last pound i lost.
