Okay really late starting but a crazy weekend :# c25k week 7 day 2 done-very slowly, but done :) Can I just say I'm in awe of everyone's training and achievements. Fair play to all!!

Hi I'd love to join on week 7 day 2 of c25k. I hope I can keep up the jogging (even though I'm as slow as Christmas!!) I'll aim for 45 km

5'4.5 139.25lbs as of this morning :'( I haven't logged properly this week due to binges. I have been down to 132lbs and as high as 146lbs since Xmas. I'm going to stick to 1600 plus exercise calories when I start c25k on Monday. Hoping to get a handle on this and remain consistent for once!! Good luck xx
