  • Hi! I'm 31 and currently eating about 1700 cals per day. I've lost 15lbs since the beginning of this year...about 30-40 more to go. But making progress! Anyone can feel free to add me, my diary is open to friends.
  • Hi! I've been vegan for the last 4.5 years (vegetarian for ~7 years before that) so happy to share anything that may be helpful. I would recommend slowly transitioning, rather than taking on such a big change all at once. Much better chance of it 'sticking' instead of it seeming super daunting. Maybe start with a few vegan…
  • I'm right there with you! I'm 28 and have about 50 pounds to lose. Adding you! :)
  • Yes! So excited to do the bikini series. I’ll try to remember to check in here :)
  • Hi! I’ve been vegan for about a year and a half now (was vegetarian for like 7 years before that). Looking to lose about 40lbs I gained over the last 3 or so years. Happy to have more like minded friends to help motivate each other on here - so feel free to add me! My food diary is open to friends, if you care to see and…
  • I kind of fell off the schedule - but they will be doing the Bikini Series in the spring!

  • Awesome! I'll add you all. FYI for anyone following the TIU Challenge, K&K just posted a checklist to prep for Monday, so here is the link -- https://www.toneitup.com/lifestyle/love-your-body-in-2018-your-checklist-to-prep/ We should try to check in maybe once or twice a week? Sundays can be to let us all know what you're…
  • Which week did you leave off on and how many weeks has it been? You could always repeat a few weeks if you’re far along in the guide, but if not then it may just make more sense to start over! I think either option is fine - as long as you’re getting back into your routine, it’s all good!
  • Some days require a barbell - but there are also alternative moves/equipment for most “new” things if you don’t have the equipment or need to modify it slightly to make it easier.
  • 2.0 is a lot of the same moves as 1.0, but with some new ones (ex: barbell close squat, side arm raises) and heavier weights. So it’s not difficult to transition into, but definitely a good challenge! I’m looking forward to the additional Sunday “optional” challenges/full body circuits. I’ll have to keep you updated as I…
  • Checking in for the week so far - did BBG 2.0 Week 13 Legs on Monday and Arms this morning. Did LISS on Tuesday morning. I think I’m also going to a soul cycle class tonight- since one of my roomie’s BF is a studio manager and we can go for free :P
  • Last Friday I FINISHED WEEK 12!!! Wahoooooo. :D I was planning on jumping right into BBG 2.0 this week, but my roommate (who does the workouts with me) is traveling for work part of this week and next...so we decided to push it off 2 weeks (and just do other workouts separately at the gym until then) - now we will be…
  • Done with Week 11 Arms! I can't believe next week is the final one for 1.0 :D
  • Week 7 Legs is one of my favorite days actually! :)
  • I forgot how much of a killer Week 10 is :D :s I'm only getting through each of the circuits one time in each 7 min time, but hoping to see some improvement by the next time I do these same circuits (in Week 12)!!
  • Congrats on finishing your graduate degree @laurenzo75 :D Very exciting - totally understandable to gain weight...I went through the same thing with law school. Definitely not my healthiest few years. But happy to have you here and way to go for jumping back into BBG!
  • Hi! I'm back on my bbg schedule - my roomie and I had taken a month off because of vacations/being away - so we jumped back in where we left off at Week 9
  • Hahah yep! I'm on Week 9 of 1.0 now.
  • I'd love to know what you think of 2.0! I plan to start that in October, once I'm done with 1.0 :) Also, I think I'm a weirdo because I actually LOVE burpees hahaha :#
  • I did the full 12 weeks about 2 years ago and lost over 10 inches on my body! Since then, I've gained back the weight I lost + some, so I'm doing the program again. Currently on Week 9 and feeling so much stronger already. I've lost a few pounds so far, but I have to clean up my diet and I know I'll see better/quicker…
  • Bringing this thread back! I'm doing BBG 1.0 with one of my roommates and we recently got up to Week 9! I'm on a 2 week break (due to vacations - my roomie and then myself) and then starting after Labor Day Weekend, we'll be redoing Week 9 and get right back on schedule. Where is everyone else on the program?
  • Hi girls! I haven't checked in for awhile..but I'm back! :) My roommate and I have been doing BBG since June and we got up to Week 9 - but she went on vacation with her family from Aug 17-28, then I'm out of town from the 30-Sept 4 - so minor break from the normal schedule!! I've been doing other workouts while she is gone…
  • Hi, new to the group here. I've had a negative relationship with food/dieting/body image since I was about 12...I'm 27 now and still struggle with my weight. I was never formally diagnosed with anything, but looking back, I definitely suffered from obsessive calorie tracking and over exercising in college. I think I suffer…
  • Hey girls! I'm 27 and looking to lose about 40ish pounds. I work out almost every day and try my best to log my food daily. Going to add a bunch of you now :) Let's do this!!
  • Hi everyone! I was vegetarian for about 7 years, with times of eating fully vegan on and off.. But last November I committed to going fully vegan and now I'm quickly approaching 1 full year!! Feel free to add me :)
  • Hi everyone! Feel free to add me - looking for more accountability buddies as well. I'm down a few pounds so far, but looking to lose about 40+. I log (almost) daily and I work out pretty much every day. Love seeing activity posted on my home feed!
  • I went from vegetarian to fully vegan in November - so quickly approaching a full year, woo! I'll add you now, feel free to take a look at my food diary, it's visible for friends. Though sidenote - I've been doing Low FODMAP to test for food intolerances, so my diet isn't very varied at the moment - so if you would like…
  • Not much of a difference, less than 10 pounds lost between the pictures but I'm finally feeling stronger and my clothes are fitting better! Mainly wanted to post to hold myself accountable to keep up with my workouts and good eating, so I can post an even better picture in a few months!
