I quit tracking/logging 3 months ago and am enjoying it! I weigh daily and if I notice an upward trend I reign it in a little. Staying on top of it and it and not getting lazy are keys. Good job doing what works people!

And men complain about it less? :)

Half the salt?

iPhone 5 and newer has this feature.

Cicopaths! Love it. Seen a few of those here!

I don't unless they are roasted or cooked with some kind of fat. I log all high calorie foods.

Cutting out all those vowels and consonants probably helps...:)

Yes!

I find that the scale is in the bathroom and so am I on a regular basis. Daily weighing helps me see trends.

That's what I was thinking. I just wanted to make sure. Thanks for the replies!

Yes! 400 calories is just getting me started with mixed nuts. I like cottage cheese.

I think demonizing looks better than demonising personally.... I do neither. I just eat less. I cut back on alcohol because the amount I want is way more calories than I can budget....

And Costco samples are usually zero calorie :#

This^^

Meh...

Except good places to eat are not chains and won't have calories listed. You will need to estimate most likely on the high side. Truth...

He may be right, but he may be completely wrong. Keep track of your bp. There is no reason to have blood pressures that are too low. If you have moments when you stand up and feel light headed and dizzy, it is a sign that you can handle a reduction in meds. Of course you need to do this under doctor supervision, hopefully…

After losing 12# and being much more active, my meds were cut in half. That took me 3 months. The next month (two weeks ago) I got rid of them completely. Each time I gained water weight due to missing the diuretic. I went up nine pounds after being off the pills. It's all gone except for 2 pounds.
