I have been sticking to my plan of 30 very healthy days for eight days now. Yesterday, when we had a good bye dinner for a close friend whose leaving uni, I stuck to that one small bowl with chocolate mousse, and though I was tempted to have more (chocolate is my weakness) I didn't. And I had the weirdest realisation in…

Reading this is so inspiring! I have a couple of NSV's from the past few weeks: When going out this week I was confident enough to realise that the good looking guy was flirting with me - and to flirt back. So proud of myself for this! I'm on my forth day (and counting) of not only calorie counting but also of making…

Weird one, but anyway: I have been absolutely sure that a UK 12 represented a Swedish size 40 - nope. Apparently, it's a size 38. This means that I bought trousers a size smaller than what I already though was small. It's the little things!

I sit differently - I can now fold my legs under my body, and lean over my knees and rest my head on them (in that way I was always jealous over other people being able to do). Hip thrusts with barbell is getting increasingly uncomfortable, as padding decreases and the weight on the bar increases.

I live in a really isolated place during the school year, and as such my clothes have not really kept up with my weight loss. Last weekend I ordered two new blouses and a bikini from H&M online. After some hesitation I ended up buying everything size 38 (US size 8). The parcel arrived today, and I was nervous to try it on,…

Sitting is more uncomfortable, but so is resting my wrists against my computer when writing, or leaning over my desk while studying. As someone who was restless…

My lack of understanding of this forum led to some double posting - sorry about that! Other things I've noticed:* How quickly poor eating makes a difference in how I feel - last weekend I ate too much bread (camping trip and no choice, really) and felt bloated for days afterwards * The way compliments are phrased - it used…

I hadn't realized that's why I keep getting back pains from being on my stomach - 30 lbs makes a difference, I guess!

How have I not realized this? I've always loved lying on my stomach when doing school work, but recently I've ended up with my back hurting. 30 lbs makes a difference, I guess! Also, I'm loving the confidence that comes with weight loss and getting fitter. I've started dancing, which I've never done before, and I don't…

All of this^^ As well as: -The way my legs look in a skirt now, not touching? -How I am, for the first time in my life, enjoying running -How much more flexible I am without all the extra padding -I've always worked out a lot (at least 4 times a week, about an hour a time) but it's only recently that I find myself…
