I've been doing it since June 6th, and it varied I started at 1460, lost weight got more active it changes to 1360, same thing now it's at 1200. 5 lbs left then I can start maintaining.

You can definitely do it, just keep on ! I have surrounded myself with a great group of friends that are passionate about health and fitness too, that's helped, as well as making better food choices. And making it to the gym 4 days a week and running at least 1 :)

Yes, I know this, but I like them for a quick morning meal, I know how to eat correctly but it's convenient to eat on the go, and I've lost 26 lbs without it. Just wanted it for quick breakfasts

This didn't mean to come across self righteous or rude or insensitive, but I've read a lot of people trying to lose a lot of weight( 50 or more lbs) and they do these crash or fad diets, I don't think it's realistic to keep the weight off after using these methods. I did it all, but I would modify moves, and I stopped modifying once I got stronger, or I'd slow down, but I'd never stop, you got to keep moving :)I was very determined and didn't want to quit
