Herbalife, soy protein
So, I've recently come to the realization that soy protein isn't good for your in high quantities, so the herbalife shakes what about those? What's a safe amount ?

Rope climbers
So, I am perfecting my technique on climbing the rope, I use the "j" technique, because I can't get the other footings down. But the "j" leave the side of my foot along the rope sore, any advice on how to avoid hurting the side of my foot/toe without learning a different technique?

50 lbs lost b4 and after
50 lbs lost since June, 5 lbs to go. I have big goals for my body! I am starting to lift more. Its amazing what eating right and exercising regularly can do ! 190 vs 140. Any one can do this!!! Just keep pushing through!

It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change! Crash diets do not work, for long term results. Eating clean, and healthy will help you lose weight and/ or maintain your weight, but really it's a lifestyle change not a diet. Mini vent.

53 days in, and 20 lbs down!
I started this journey at 190, I am Current ly 170 :) 35 lbs to go until my first big goal!! Also, the single pic is me in a pair of size 10 pants!! I haven't been in a size 10 for at least 4 years maybe more, I started at a very tight 14!!
