I get up at 5:15am and get it done before the kids wake up, and it's time to get them and myself ready for work/school. I'm too tired at night by the time 8:30 rolls around. I've been getting up 3 or 4 times a week early since January and it's going well as far as becoming a habit.

I don't think I've ever felt full after a normal eat at home breakfast... So I'll try adding in some fat. I just have a handful of berries on my cereal so not a huge amount by any means. Thanks for the suggestions!

I was thinking this exact same thing today. Just really struggling these last few days. Maybe because I'm getting into a rut with winter seeming to last forever this year... Maybe because weight doesn't come off in your 30s as easy as it did in my 20s... Just having a tough couple days. I'll send a FR!

For some reason I thought I would celebrate losing almost 2 lbs by getting a pizza and having two glorious slices of it. Oh well, back in the saddle tomorrow.

I've been doing it since the beginning of January and just moved to level 2. Actually I'm alternating between 1&2 so I don't over do it. Take your time building into it. Do it for a couple days and take a day off. I only do it 4 or 5 times a week. You will get stronger! It's okay to do the reps slower. Form is more…
