Thanks NicoleL874 I'm looking to kick start things again and don't know what to do. The nutrition meets the guide lines. Maybe I should talk to someone from the clinic and see what they have to say.

Totally inspiring me to continue pushing forward.

Last week I pulled out a box of old clothes because mine are now too loose. I was wearing a size 24 pant, now in 18's!! What the what! When did that happen.

What detailed measurements. That is awesome to see your lean mass and fat mass changing. You are a total inspiration. Thanks for the reminder about trusting the process. Congrats to you!

Congratulations! I'm just 4 weeks post op and I'm wondering about exercise routines. Do you have any advice? I've been looking on pinterest bit not finding anything that I can do at my size besides walk and swim.

Thank you so much everyone. I thought about it a lot. Starting this journey at 304lbs, I decided my goal will be to break into the 100's. I'm definitely going to celebrate being under 250lbs when that happens it has been a long time. Tedrapaige - I do think my body image has improved as an adult, and maybe aiming for my…

I'm really struggling with drinking water. It seems like it should be so simple but I forget to pick up the bottle again for another sip. I have had a couple of days where I drank less than 1 cup of water. I am now setting a 2 minute timer on my phone to help. Otherwise things are going really well. Thanks for asking.

Awesome. I will be thinking about you on Tuesday. Good luck.

That is so exciting! I was really nervous leading up to my RNY, but it went so well. The doctor, nurses and even the staff at the hospital were so friendly. I really felt like I was in good hands. I hope the nervousness turns into excitement as you prepare for this new chapter. I will be thinking about you Monday.
