I would like more friends with PCOS. I found out almost 2 years ago. Last year I was finally able to get some weight off and then the stress of losing my grandmother, holidays and losing my job(which I knew about for 9 months) I put it all on and then some. While I am not working I am putting more back into eating better…

The next size shorts and shirts are fitting better. And after twisting my ankle badly last month I am happy to do any kind of workout right now.

I got in 75.26 miles for the month.

I am going to go with 75 miles since my ankle still is a little weak.

I did terrible. I fell and sprained my ankle on the 3rd. I barely got in any miles for 2 weeks. I am ready to tackle August.

I went for my annual physical at the GP Wednesday morning. I was shocked and happy to see I was down 14 pounds since January. Now I wish I could remember what I had done other than workout and add more fruits.

my goal for June was 100 miles and hit 119 miles. I am going to put 125 miles this month.

I ended up with 119 miles for June. I exceeded my goal.

I set mine at 50 and after starting to add mine in for the month upped it to 75. I need some motivation to keep going I am beginning to see some changes from all my work so far this year.

I just joined the group. I am working on getting my health back in check. I have a minor issue that will so much easier to deal with if i get my weight back in control.

Way to go with the loss. I am just getting back into working out. I have been hitting the treadmill at the gym and doing some jessicasmithtv videos on youtube.

I have barely had one all year. I am just on birth control to treat mine. I am trying to clean up my diet and and get back to working out. Before getting diagnosed last year and going on the the pill I was getting mine regularly and lasting 2-4 days.
