Most "slim/skinny/fit" teas contain senna, which is a laxative. You can get the same result with a $2 box of smooth move tea from the grocery store if you are trying to cleanse your colon or whatever (don't do this regularly or as a way to lose weight!). No tea will make you more fit. Save your money and count your cals :)

I definitely get more attention. 5'1 sw 198 cw 139. Even in a work environment, i went to a large convention in my field a month ago that i have previously attended, the amount of respect and attention i got from peers was night and day. It was like all the sudden they take me seriously. So weird!

Do whatever makes you feel comfortable ... Some people weigh weekly, monthly, or daily. I weigh daily because it helps me keep myself accountable but i also know there will be days i gain no Matter how much i tried because of water weight, time of month, level of hydration etc.

I started with crystal light and sparkling flavored sugar free water if you need the fizz. Or the zero blue poweraid is my fav. I dont really like diet soda... Now i stick with mostly water or green tea

I like them as a fast lunch or dinner after the gym if its too late. If its lunch i add a side salad Usually or for dinner i add sauted zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli or whatever sounds good to bulk them up

I eat what i want in moderation and still stick around 1200 cals a day. Im down 30lbs. Just stopped doing soda, candy and fast food every single day. I still do fast food occasionally but opt for no bun and no fries. Sauces are the hard part for me.... Cant live life without mayo or fry sauce lol even without the fries!

Consignment stores are great cause u can trade larger sizes for smaller sizes. Or sell on Vinted.

Some people might hate on this answer because i'm sure its full of fake sugar but Crystal Light has a few caffiene added flavors and i love the peach mango one. Its fruity and tangy and gives you a little boost with zero calories.

It was a walk (luckily, im pretty sure id keel over and die if it was a run lol!) i did good. I finished strong and could have kept going. Although when u got to the finish line they were serving soda, chips and hot dogs lol seemed kind of funny to me.

They have a "lite" version that comes in little to go type bottles that are 100 cals each. I use them for breakfast occasionally or before the gym if im really hungry

I got rid of white bread, hamburger buns etc. But i do eat some mulitgrain and whole wheat breads (not much). I try to limit pasta, white rice etc (and when i do eat it i try to get brown rice or whole wheat pasta) . Seems like i lose more consistently when i limit carbs somewhat. But everyones body is different.
