Go under progress and at the top right of the screen there is a plus sign. Hit that and a window will pop up were you can enter your current weight.

I can't relate to being lonely, but i do have depression. It is important to seek mental health services when you are depressed and follow all of the doctors recommendations. I also got vitamins for boosting energy and metabolism for women at gnc. They're the chewy kind.

I've always suggested to women to look at themselves in front of a mirror naked and point out three things that you love about your appearance. Choose things that you feel are sexy and make you feel like the women you've become.
