What i meant by i have until november just means thats what i would like lose because of my Mexico trip but im ok with losing 30 or 50 pounds by november also. I tend to give up easily i have no motivation. I battle depression, anxiety and have two kids. It isnt easy. Its also hard to see other people eat what they want.

I exercise at 45 min on the eliptical everyday so i can eat more by eating most of my exercise calories back

Opposite? Idk. I like to eat who doesnt but exercise gives me the benificiary of allowing me to eat and still lose weight staying within my needed calorie intake which is 1200

I guess my silly question would be....where do the calories go? Lol into the air? I have always been confused on weight loss and how exactly the whole burning calories work? And how are body becomes smaller losing weight.

Do u know by how much? When i put in 45 min of the eliptical into MFP it says i burned 661...is that to much of an estimate?

Thank you everyone. I dont really want a coraet to loose wieght...just to give me a curvy form so i would just get the right size nothing smaller
