wouldn't go under 1200cal at all.. Your body could start in starvation mode and you could actually gain weight. If you're not exercising than 1200 is what I'd do if I was you. I have to eat more because I'm exercising.. But it's also just enough to burn the day away. If I wanted to maintain my weight while exercising of actually have to eat closer to 2000 calories a day.
