A few more pictures :)!! Losing weight and having a healthy life style is something that should change your life around and your daily habits. You only have one body you're whole entire life so fuel it with healthy nutrition and daily exercise. Take 21 days to make a habit and the good news is you can start when ever :)

Can I ask you question.... What do you typically eat in a day? I'm just wondering what your meals are like?

    And my height 5.5

Congrats! Not only on how fantastic you look but for all your hard work and commitment!

Best part is you look so healthy! I am so inspired by your transformation. Can you post a sample menu? You mentioned that you eat lower fat. Do you limit carbs?

wouldn't go under 1200cal at all.. Your body could start in starvation mode and you could actually gain weight. If you're not exercising than 1200 is what I'd do if I was you. I have to eat more because I'm exercising.. But it's also just enough to burn the day away. If I wanted to maintain my weight while exercising of actually have to eat closer to 2000 calories a day. :)
