I usually do the same thing. If I haven't slept yet, I add it to yesterday.

My favourite is Bolthouse's salsa ranch dressing. 25 calories per tablespoon.

I love dipping red bell peppers into guacamole.

Light hot chocolate mix helps with the chocolate cravings. One serving made with water is around 50 calories.

Quest protein powder is probably the best tasting. Optimum Nutrition is popular as well. Right now I'm using MusclePharm's cookies and cream flavour (available at Costco) and it tastes good to me.

I usually use olive oil. Sesame oil is also good for Asian-inspired vegetable recipes.

I mix flavoured protein powder into my oatmeal at breakfast. It's yummy!

I don't stop at a certain time. I like to have a snack with my tea before bed.

I log everything.

I tend to crave chocolate, so I've found that 45-calorie light hot chocolate mix works well for me. I also drink herbal teas since they come in a variety of sweet, fruity flavours. Other times, I just give in to my craving, as long as it fits within my calorie budget!

I cook blueberries with a little honey until they turn into a nice sauce, then I pour it on top of my oatmeal. Almost tastes like blueberry pie! As others have mentioned, I add liquid egg whites to make my oats fluffier and add a bit of protein.
