Do your 1200 but if still hunger go for a handful of raw nuts and seeds(almonds pumpkin Brazilian ) and fresh veggies to curve the pains or a salad...I give myself a calorie range 1200-1400 a day and I'm still losing and drink water to curb the hunger.

Count me in. I'm at my all time high of 220 and having knee and back issues. I would like to lose 75-100 lbs. I'm off to a good start this week but struggling with healthy meal ideas I can get the kids to eat too

I'm the same way I have reached an all time higher I'm my weight. I'm making the change. I need too. I eat between 1200-1400 cals a day. High protein breakfast/smoothie as much natural foods not processed, cut out all sugar/caffeine drinks and junk snacks and drink 2-3 litres of water...I'm down 7lbs this week. I excised…

Hi I'm am right there with you I have 75-100 to lose. I lost it before and I gained back after the loss of my parents and major surgery.
