  • @EvgeniZyntx I have read about this and it is one of the symptoms, I keep myself well hydrated and drink loads and loads of water. It does get better ad the day progresses.

  • Thanks for replying. I understand its not a good thing, I assumed its just 2 slices and body will take care of it thanks to the high fat plus protein and work outs. Should I avoid it at all costs?
  • I am on week 2 now, started taking the Bulletproof Coffee and fast until 6 or 7. It is much better as the coffee covers all the macros easily, dinner is planned, so not much to worry about. Hope to eliminate all the fat around the belly. Can't wait to see the back of it!

  • Thanks for the advice @slideaway1‌ I am very careful when it comes to chicken. I believe it was just too much of protein and my body getting used to it. Drinking lots of water now :)
  • Thanks for the great advice @VermontgirlinMA I couldn't resist the fruits today, after dinner I found a lovely fruit platter in the fridge. Hopefully, I will take more care from tomorrow. Like you advised I have taken some fat i.e. Avocado. Looking forward to getting the macro ratios right.
