I'm only losing weight thru diet. 60lbs to lose sounds like a monster and although I lost this before when I was just on one crutch I was then a gym rat too. I've lost nearly a stone eating under my tdee. Food scales are a great tool. Feel free to add me.

I ask myself how will I feel if I continue eating poorly. What will it do to my health. My lifestyle. My relationships. My future.

I've struggled with depression recently and put on loads of weight. Eventually I decided to take Meds for it and felt so much better. Started eating healthy and low calorie and again felt better. I'm not able to exercise but I know that would also help as it releases endorphins. I still feel low on days but nowhere near as…

Definitely use food scales and log everything. Even powders for spices carry calories.

I have syringomyelia so can't walk further than inside/around my flat. Sometimes wheelchair bound inside too but can't use outside due to upper boady difficulties too. Want to lose 60lbs. Yes it will be slower but certainly doable. I'm hopeful that it will improve my mobility. Only good thinmgs can happen if we try and the…

Hi, looking to lose 60 pounds for medical reasons. Have syringomyelia. Did the whole MFP before my diagnosis and lost loads of weight through lots of swimming, cardio, weights plus dieting. Now my only realistic option is dieting. Lost 10lbs so far.
