2 cups of graded cauliflower 2 eggs and 1 cup of cheese mix together and bake at 450 for 15-20 mins, take out and top recook for 5-10 mins, lots of youtube videos, its actually really good

I started all this cause wanna be in better health i wanna be around 200lbs i am 258 now, im 34 and i dont wanna be in horrible shape when older

I drink lots of water 15-30 cups a day and sodium is usually low its only high when have tacos lol, and ive list like 18 lbs in 30 days, i know its fast and i am not quitting
