Met calorie, carb, and protein goals, but over on fat and sugars. This app makes it easy to figure out where I went wrong. The Starbucks chocolate chip cookie indulgence must stop! Also drinking my first cup of coffee black, so I can get away with half and half and raw sugar in the second cup. I thought a WW Greek yogurt cup was a good after work snack, but too much sugar, so I will boil up some eggs for that snack. Also will cut the granola topping from my morning yogurt snack and cut the grapes from my lunch. Clear strategy, now it is all about execution.
