I'm in! I've done something similar before and it is awesome.... And Andrea, try to get up to at least one min of planking. Once you break through the one minute it gets easier from there. I can handle 4 to 5 min now once I broke through the minute...

You should start your day off with protein to set your metabolism, then get your cardio / workout in). 30 min morning and then again in the evening would be great (if you have the time).

Try a beach body 21 Day Fit program. They are DVDs based (with a few options to chose from). and come with shakeology protein powder (30 days worth) and a an on-line trainer. It's a great program and you only need 30 min a day. I love this program! Good Luck!
