I looked to know what are good foods I can eat

    Eat foods that you like in portion sizes that fit your goals.

    Get plenty of fats & protein for healthy and satiety.

    Get plenty of fruits & veggies for the micronutrients.

    Fill in the rest of your calories with carbs, sweets, and treats as you see fit.

    Good foods are ones that you enjoy that fit into your calorie and maco/micro nutrient goals.

    Outside the basics (what is "healthy" and what is not), it all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Lose weight? Gain Weight? Maintain current weight? Build muscle? Training for a marathon?
