I'm wondering what your favorite protein shakes are? I'd really like to use one for my lunch, but out of all the ones I've tried, I can't find one I like! Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

There are a ton of choices is right... It's really about what you are going to use it for. Once you determine that you even really want or need a protein supplement, the differences between them really boil down to a few characteristics:
• The type(s) of protein used;
• The types of flavors and sweeteners used;
• Cost per serving or per gram of protein;
• Additional ingredients used to enhance the product’s benefits.
Two articles that help to explain these points are below. Good Luck!

Jay Robb whey (110 calories per scoop) 25 grams protein, chocolate. Tried ON whey not a fan. Muscle farm sounds high calories. I have stomach issues and slow digesting casein, would leave me screaming!!!
