I am beginning to understand this. This diet really has been more of a portion thing with me. I never really ate unhealthy, just wasn't great at portioning when I was pregnant and gained alot of weight that I never attempted to get off til recently.

I didn't see this as being a long term solution to weight loss, I wanted to lose at least 90% of my goal weight and then start uping my calorie intake with healthy foods and then go to the gym on a more scheduled basis. You have to start somewhere! Be positive, the beginning will be the hardest but in a month, I bet you'll be doing this with ease! Keep at it and having a support friend is great! You are on the right path!

I too work at a desk and I was doing awful with snacking! I no longer eat in the lunch room, and try to eat outside or away from others with their tempting food. I also dont bring cash or change, or extra snacks to work anymore. I use my debit for lunch if I need too because I primarily stick to packing my lunch and only…

Feel defeated..... I'm on Phase 1, week 3 and lost 12 pounds. The scale hasnt moved in almost a week. What the heck am I doing wrong.

I noticed that too! Plus, I'm not buying all the junky fast food either which I never realized it adds up tremendously.
