Breakfast, but my issue currently is snacking in between meals. Snacking wouldn't be a big issue if it were low calorie, but nope=P

Everyone feel free to add me. I was just going to post something similar. However, I've been battling depression since the 1990s :( I just happen to have a very optimist best friend which helps. Plus I try to stick to the mantra, one day at a time.

Five months ago I wasn't ready to give up eating to my heart's content. Now I want to see my abs again and be able to look down in the shower and see my holahey without my pouch being in the way :)

I wish I knew. I tried several times to wean off, but each time I was unsuccessful.

I am on the dreaded paxil. It's been about 11 years now. Weaning will be a very slow process due to the horrible withdrawal symptoms docs don't tell you when they put you on it. Anywho, after gaining over the years I have buckled down, started to count calories and am now starting to lose slowly, but surely.

I have never calorie counted before and sometimes it drives me crazy. However, I'm not the person to easily give up. Hopefully I will see results. As of lately, my body is trying to readjust to eating over 30g carbs.
