Abs are made in the kitchen! MEAL PREP!

Endless crunches and sit ups will never make those abs pop like a well balanced diet. A key to success is having meals prepared for the week and tracking everything you're putting into your body!
This is a typical meal prep for a client of mine and his progress
Edit: the main point of this post is preparing your meals ahead of time so you don't eat your entire kitchen when you're hungry and have nothing prepared-- your meals don't have to look like this! This type of meal plan is what works for one person. To each their own!

It's not for everyone, but if you have strong fitness goals, I find all my clients don't mind eating the same thing for a few days. You can always use different seasonings and condiments to change the flavors as well, but again-- meal prepping isn't for everyone.0 -

Goodness that looks dull. I prefer fresh and to cook a bit of what I fancy on the day. Not everyone has the time or freedom to do so, so good on you for your lifestyle.0

To each their own. I definitely admire the dedication and can see how this would be a smart plan for someone without the wherewithal to create a variety of meals daily. I would go insane though.0

Look, I get the whole meal prep and everything, I do. But that looks suuuuuuuper boring. Where's the color? Where's the variety? Variety is the spice of life! Everything in that picture, except the green beans is white/brown. That's boring. I want my food to be a plethora of colors and flavors.0 -

I never said it wasn't possible. You do what works for you. Everyone's different. This is just what works for this particular client and his preferences.
