3 months of hard dedication and being consistent in the gym and with my lifestyle change of eating ( I don't like the term diet as it usually refers to short time goal). I went from over 20% body fat to around 12% in my opinion. I never thought I'd be able to look like this is my life, but it just goes to show that if you are consistent and persistent you can achieve and maintain your goals!

Updated with when I got a haircut and I think a little leaner

My gym routine was 4 days a week, I worked out as follows,

    Sunday : chest and triceps
    Monday: legs
    Wednesday: shoulders
    Friday : back and biceps

My nutritional count was varied. First I ate on a 500 calorie deficit for about 8 weeks, then in order to get down to the last few percentages I switched to intermittent fasting 7 days a week with a 20 hour fast and a 4 hour eating window, this in my opinion worked great for seeing the final cuts and helped me get even more defined.

I will note that during my intermittent fast I ate McDonald's, Chipotle, Subway, Taco Bell

The main thing was being in a deficit consistently during my weeks, I also allotted a cheat day every two weeks, but I only started my cheat after dinner that way I wasn't prone to over eat too much.
