Yes, just keep trying them over and over. I used to hate sweet potato as I was so used to white potatoes but I kept trying them and I love them now.

I do. But I try not to eat anything too heavy, usually some dark chocolate and a cuppa. I've slept so much better since.

I watched the show. The presenter was actually looking at things from the perspective of wanting to keep eating the things he likes. I found it quite interesting, personally.
