So awesome, great job!

I try to do my regular exercising, but I get worn out really quickly and usually don't end up getting as much done as when I'm not on my period. I think it's partly to do with low iron - I'm already have pretty low iron (within normal range, but low), and my period week it just plummets.

Wow, I sound so boring. I have a Chobani and coffee pretty much every morning.

You look great - awesome job!

Absolutely there's a difference! Your jawline is more defined, upper arm is smoother, stomach is toned, thighs are smaller - you look GREAT! Awesome job!

I wouldn't be aggressive about it, but you mentioned that she talks about how she'd like to get back to HS weight. Maybe next time she brings it up you can (casually yet seriously) offer to help her - make it sound like it's for your sake, "Maybe we could work on it together - I could sure use a buddy to keep me…

Way to go - you look terrific!!

Did one mile tonight!!!! Woohoo!

I give in! Then work it off -- I feel better just letting myself have what I want, and the extra exercise helps the physical symptoms feel better for me.

I'm just getting ready to move to workout level 2 and I'm already noticing a difference in my muscle tone. I'm anxious to finish the 30 days and see how much change there is from start to finish, but so far 10 days in I'm pretty impressed!

I LOVE Bill Bryson - he's written books on all sorts of topics, but I think his travel narratives are the best. In A Sunburned County is my favorite, there's also A Walk in the Woods, Neither Here Nor There, tons more. I also like his autobiography, The Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid. I highly recommend any of Jane…

Nope, I must be the last to know! :) Thank you for sharing!!!

I don't have the recipe offhand for making it fresh, but when I need a quick meal in a pinch I do 1lb ground turkey, 1 pkt McCormick original chili seasoning, a small can of tomato sauce and a can of stewed tomatoes. I either put it in the crock pot or do it on the stove according to the directions on the seasoning packet.

You look great! Definitely a noticeable difference--I can tell especially by your tattoo--it looks like its "laying" flatter, if that makes sense. Great job -- 15lbs is an awesome victory, especially when your goal is 30. You're halfway--that rocks!!

I'm doing it but I'm only on week 1. I started it a few years ago and got through week 4 or so but quit. I'm trying to take it pretty slow this time.

Hi! NW Burb here!

My husband and I are going to Kauai this year and can hardly wait! I'm from the Chicago suburbs, and I love it here--in spite of the weather, ugh!

Thanks for all the responses!

I like Annie's Cheddar Bunnies -- they're like Goldfish crackers but they don't have any additives or preservatives. It's 140 calories for 50 of them, but I usually find that 25 crackers are enough to satisfy me. That's been my big favorite lately, but I'm anxious to see what others suggest!
-
That is awesome! You should be so proud!

Northwest suburbs here--I make it to the city a few times a year, but truthfully I just hate taking the train in!
