I wasn't encouraging her to do anything. I had stated previously that that wasn't safe and then agreed with someone who said that losing more weight would put make her underweight but there's different body types for all and I don't know what she looks like or if she could stand to lose more weight I just gave her a safe…

Go on line researcher how many calories burned for your body type then create the exercise or just add the calories burned
-
That was my next question lol
-
You are 5' 110lbs your TDEE is 1600 I would say start eating at 1100 and you'll lose the weight in about 2 1/2 months.
-
5kg is almost 39,000 calories she would have to not eat at all and burn some more through excersise which would probably put her in the hospital
-
No. Its not healthy
-
Wait!! I'm late we're all in recomp mode!! Just kidding I'm still cutting to then recomp :| :'(

Not true.

CONGRATS! Im not sure what this means. I eat food that is denser in calories alllll the time and I stopped feeling guilty about it! I refuse to feel guilty instead if I have a craving I make it fit! I make my lunch smaller or workout longer etc. You shouldn't prohibit certain foods because that's where I feel we grow this…

You're past weight loss. Just like there is no cutting corners to losing weight there is no cutting corners to getting tight and toned. If you want it start eating the recommended macros and working out
-
I'm 5'3" 137lbs and my stomach is flat. I do have tiny love handles that prob only I can see and a lot of leg fat. But that's a perfect example no two bodies are alike. I think that you shouldn't lose anymore weight but I def think you will find great results in the weightroom. Not cardio
-
How tall and how much do you weigh. Excersising will help build muscle and tighten your stomach and core muscles. that depends on your body type. I've seen bigger people people with flat flat tummies and skinny girls with the love handles and pouch.

Unfortunately the body won't lose body fat uniformly and it doesn't matter if you're at your scales magic number the fat will fall off how it wants and in your body it seems that the stomach fat is the last to go. You just have to create a deficit if you haven't and do some excersise
-
The way your macros are set up has nothing to do with weight loss. It has to do with health and fitness which are different
-
No no no no no. I don't know what you mean by you're stomach is fat. But if you mean you're stomach is big and squishy then you might need a bigger deficit or some exercise.

We were working on squats at the time so maybe he meant it just for my squats. Idk we had just done suicide squats and i threw up. Lol

have a spotter. The only reason for gym buddies!

BC sometimes I eat something ridiculous like snickers ice cream or 4slices of pizza and starve for a lot of hours because I need to skip a meal to make my calorie goal or go over :| :# I'm just being honest

Geez...that's 44 lbs so its the regular sized bar not the small barbell. So maybe you could use the barbells if you don't feel comfortable with the heavier weight plates or use dumbbells... you can drop them easier if you really have to ( although it's frowned upon)
-
I read somewhere you should increase by 15lbs every 2weeks or when you find the weight to be too light ..actually i think my trainer friend told me...anyway I find that to be huge what I do is go up by 5-10 whatever I can manage safely doing 3-4 sets of 6-10 reps. You always go low reps with heavier weights. This will make…

How much does the bar weigh?

Just had surgery and was on a weight loss weightlifting plan (can no longer lift) so 1200 for now. :'(
-
I edited a lot from going back to your original post and answering more of your questions
-
There is no way to target fat loss. But I think you're on the right track to lose body fat over all. Keep the diet and keep active make sure you're on a deficit...also make sure that meal plan you're on works for YOU your weight height activity level. Also I swear by compound excersises you cant have strong abs without a…

<3 Maybe a chocolate protein shake with peanut butter and tiny marshmallows. :# Since I read people saying you need more protein
-
What everyone else said :) you did a caloric deficit

I was in the process of eating bread (toast) while the "bread slowing weight loss post" then I was about to eat a cheese danish and after the first 10 mins I put that 250 4oz piece of pastry that did not fit my calories and guzzled down some water. :| but I just cant watch stuff like that idk if its mean but it grosses me…

But looks like there is butter and some sort of syrup on it

That is completely false.
