Logging exercise on App help!

Hi guys!
So I'm quite new to this - I've started a new account, and the app is more updated than when I used it before - how do I log exercise on it? I'm confused!!
On my diary, I have all the meals place to log food, and then Cardio exercise - but no ... for me to add my own, only cardio steps.
Any suggestions?

    There should be a '+' sign in the bottom right corner press that then click the exercise option. Hope this helps x

    What do you do if your exercise isn't there?
    For example - i do metabolic effect classes - how would I log this?

    Go on line researcher how many calories burned for your body type then create the exercise or just add the calories burned

    So, I have all my weight lifting exercises created within the app. Reps/Sets/Weight. Do I have to go online with a PC to add in calories burned?
