  • Yes I think a lot of that was water weight, and I am around 120 pounds overweight. I was always eating terribly to much now I am trying to eat less or at least reasonably. I have realized I can eat way less and still feel full. I just have to now start weighing foods and eat healthier not just less.

  • I use mustard to and I also use a lot of franks red hot and franks buffalo hot sauce its soooo good.
  • I use a generic stool softener from dollar general. Its like 3 bucks and works great for me. If you haven't had this problem before, make sure you do something about this soon. It is very unpleasant (to say the least) to be severely constipated to the point you have to use an enema. Trust me on this one!

  • Just for today, I will 1. go for a walk with my kids 2. Keep my calories at what they should be for the day 3. track my food better 4. avoid strangling people that make me mad. LOL J/K
