Nah man, its cool. Internet chit doesnt bother me at all, I dont know why ppl get mad on the net (brings the LOLs). Just always find it funny how ppl talk to each other like chit. If i would have talked to you in real life about it you would have most likely informed me that i was wrong and told me the correct meanings of…

I got their system wrong; my view on it was not correct. They decided to tell me by acting hard and using insults. funny how ppl talk to each other on the internet and completely different in real life.
-
1) Honestly didnt intend/feel 'high might attitude. /sarcasm'. Was being genuine and honest. 2) Didnt mean to rustle any jimmies. (Ya dont have to act hard) 3) 'I surpassed those numbers', well done (srs) 4) The info i got on IIFYM was from the shredded 200 pound+ guys

20% treats isnt for me lol
-
LOL. I'm not gonna get deep into it guys. If you wanna follow that system and it works well for you's and your happy then carry on making the great progress  .... My personal opinion is that we should try and achieve our daily calorie limit and macros from the 'healthiest' sources of produce. Whats better for your…

after about 28 days your muscles will be fully saturated
-
You will notice a few pounds increase, and extra strength, after the first two weeks of taking 5 grams a day. 1 gram will not be doing anything.
-
Deffo 5 grams a day straight after training. Even take on your day off. Dont cycle off it, no need. When taking 5 grams a day you need to consume at least a gallon of water, this will prevent excess water retention, bloating, and help ya organs. one level teaspoon is 5 grams.
-
I always get blasted also when i mention 'clean' eating and avoiding stuff like you mention. Seems everyone loves IIFYM (which i think is rubbish)
-
Dont do a dirty bulk, will be a very hard cut in the future. you are basically a few days into your bulk, i wouldnt worry at this stage. as long as you are eating this amount of calories, your carbs and protein has increased, you will add mass. that weight fluctuation could just be water or the time of the day. Keep going.…

Ive debated with ppl on here numerous times about clean eating vs IIFYM. At the end of the day i believe that we should obtain our daily calorie limit and macros from the 'healthiest' sources of produce we can. What i call getting the most bang for ya buck. What is better for your heart and overall wellness, obtaining your…

I am in .... 58 pounds lost, just 26 more to go :) new year goal: 183lbs, 12.5% body fat
-
Read the stickies and articles on bodybuilding.com in relation to bulking. If still unsure ask the guys on forum; they have bulked and cut numerous times and have years and years of experience.
-
Sorry, it was meant to read as, 'in 3 months you can make a massive change ' .... Just class them last 4 months as trial and error. Do some research, find something which works and fits you, nail down your blue print for success and smash it
-
Yeah. basically fitness model look that way only a couple of times a year for photo shoots. In real life they are not perfect all year round. Some of the ones who become obsessed with looking that good every day end up becoming ill, or worse.
-
Nobody can put a clear timeline on what you can achieve. 3 months can make a massive difference, particularly with you being not being over weight to start with. I lost 49 pounds of fat in the last 5 months and put 7 pounds of muscle on. You just need to focus on resistance training, keep doing some cardio, and getting a…

Thought that was a recent pic. And yeah I prefer curves than toned on a woman.
-
I dont think you need to lose weight. If you want to be toned up you need to increase your lean body mass and reduce your body fat %. the number on the scales is not the significant factor here. it's the lean body mass to body fat ratio. (Just advice, however I dont think you need to change as you look good as you are).
-
Can see your abs coming through on that last pic. Awesome. What body fat % are you right now?
-
If i would have said at the start of my first relpy "This is what has worked for me", would you have not got your jimmies rustled so much? You would have started moaning anyway. All i said to OP was that from the diet log there are better things to eat than pizza and peanut butter lol.
-
There will be lots of great success stories. Its just my personal belief that we can be the best by eating as well as we can.
-
Ha ha ha ha. Hope you got some helpful info out of this lol ;)
-
Why would i avoid giving advice which brings great results? It may not be your system. But it works. I'm not gonna stop believing in something which works well. When did you get to decide 'what isnt helpful' or saying 'avoid writing things like this'? If it is not your mentality then don't listen. Ppl can take in what ever…

Yeah. One of the reasons I'm regimented. Fitness for life
-
It's cool if ppl wanna eat what they want and meet their goals and they are happy with that. At the end of the day its about what makes you happy.
-
You knew exactly what i was saying. i wasnt talking in a figure of 'Does 1 cm not equal 1 cm'.
-
Wrong way round, sugar is a form of carb. Miserable? seeing ya body change and transform is the best. why would saying no to cheese cake be hard? lol
-
Not all calories are equal. Whats better for your heart, getting calories form tuna, broccoli, chicken, salad; or cake, pizza, and chocolate.....
-
Fats are healthy, ie fish oil etc. saturated fats need to be kept within the macro target. whole grains are clean, unless research has once again changed
-
I second this, awesome.
