  • Protein Shakes should be used for what they are.... a supplement to a good diet. I use mine as one of my daily snacks. I get a boost to my protein but the majority of it comes from my natural foods. I use BIOX Whey Chocolate..... one of the best tasting protein powders I have ever had.

  • If the yolks work in your diet plan, eat them. For some of us who eat 6 to 12 eggs a day it just doesn't work. We are after the protein :D For me it would be +500 cals, + 45g of fat and +1300mg Cholesterol ( a little high for my liking even though I am not really tracking my Cholesterol) a day. No thanks ;)

  • Agreed. I eat 6 egg WHITES with breakfast every day of the week. If I included the yolks it would really throw off my daily Fat percentages.   • I prep 2 to 3 days worth of meals so I usually know what is on the menu. When I am eating at work I just post the entire day.

  • Thanks StrongLife! Just with the diet cleanup and getting rid of all the junk food for 2.5 weeks I am down almost 10lbs. I know that is just the bloat weight coming off but its a start. Now to work on the hard fat...... P90X will certainly take care of most of it.
