@loulamb7 I take in about 2100 a day. I only just recently started tracking again, so I am hoping to alter my intake as needed. Truth is its just hard knowing what's right and how my body will respond. Hoping for a strict caloric intake over the next 2 months with hard training will get me over the hump.

Quest bars! Cookies and cream... Kind of addicted and they are expensive but they have great amount of protein. The cinnamon roll bar is good as well. And... I'm going to go get one now. Extra note:some people microwave them for bout 7 seconds.

Finding a balance of a good caloric intake and workout combo takes awhile! Everyone is different. Just make sure to eat enough, not eating enough will not help you out and you'll break down. I personally know this from experience when I first started out. If you have some time and money I recommend finding a gym/health…

Would be cool though to rock a trifecta medal, probably would frame it force people to listen to me talk about it. I'll let ya know how my spear…

@franciscvalera I will be starting with the sprint in October located outside fort Campbell ky. (Technically in Clarksville tn) then will be hopefully go straight into a spartan super shortly after in Nashville. Appreciate the cardio heads up! I think I'm more concerned about throwing a spear ha.
