Looking for MFP friends to yell at me

As the header says, I am looking for MFP friends who would like to ask me what the hell i am doing if I have a bad meal or tell me I am lazy when I do not log meals. Every once in a while a good job is fine.

I am:
33
6'1
20% bf
220 weight

Trying to get to:
??% BF maybe like 10 and under
185-190

Currently I run about 10-15 miles a week and mountain bike also do circuit training, tabata, that fun stuff 3-4 days a week.

I've done keto/lazy keto and dropped from high of 270 to a low of 215 last year. I since then have plateaued hard. Hovering around 220-225

Thoughts?

    First, congrats on the weight loss! Highly lightly that you're stuck because you are eating at maintenance. Do you know how many calories you are eating?

    Before I started tracking calories I would get stuck at 200-205.

    @loulamb7 I take in about 2100 a day. I only just recently started tracking again, so I am hoping to alter my intake as needed. Truth is its just hard knowing what's right and how my body will respond. Hoping for a strict caloric intake over the next 2 months with hard training will get me over the hump.

    If 2100 is accurate, that should be enough to keep dropping weight. I lost most of my weight, 60 lbs, eating 2200 with 3x per week of strength training.
