Tired of being the fat guy

Hey I'm Robert. In college, I was in pretty good shape. Lifted weights twice a day! Fast forward 10 years later and an added 110lbs... Ugh... Life has been hard but it's no excuse... So my coworker and I are in this for life change. I gotta lose this weight for my family and for myself.

    Robert, Welcome!

    This was me too back in October.
    Started slowly working up to good levels at the gym, then started counting calories with this site.

    Good for you, R. Sometimes the hardest step is the first one.....then hopefully the second foot sees how it is done and follows suit. The first one doesn't want to be left behind so catches up and overtakes the second one....and, hey, before you know it....you have a pattern of steps that will head you ( with a few detours, let's be realistic!) to where you aiming..... :p
