  • It's never too late to join :) very realistic losses everyone. I'm so glad to see them. Let's do this everyone!
  • Aww no. My friend suffers from sciatica. I didn't realise it causes water retention. It will go and then you'll reep the rewards
  • I've hit 9 stone 3 pounds now so only 3 more lbs to go. This is what I was at before I got a little ill so now I can properly try and lose the next 3 pounds :) The Easter eggs was a bit of festive fun guys. No need to be so bitter :)
  • I want to see 9 stone too. As of today 3.5 pounds to go. I'm sure I can do this :D or get as close as possible. A lot of it is water weight anyway!
  • 1/3/17: 59kg 8/3/17: 59.2kg 15/3/17: 22/3/17: 29/3/17: Height: 5"8 Goal Weight for this month: 58 Not a happy bunny :(
  • I had this the other week and I just had to pig out to get back on track. Sometimes we need it. Doesn't mean it's the end of the world :)
  • Thanks for setting this up :) 1/3/17: 59kg 8/3/17: 15/3/17: 22/3/17: 29/3/17: Height: 5"8 Goal Weight for this month: 58kg I keep hitting 59kg and sometimes under but this month I need to consistently be hitting 58kg and under. I've had a couple of bad weeks but determined to get back on it with a new month starting :)…
  • Trendweight is fantastic :) My weight seems to always be going down which is brilliant. It means that when my weight jumps up one day, i'm not demotivated as my trendweight is still going down. https://trendweight.com/u/476e3770145f48/ This is the link to mine if anyone wants to have a look at what it is like.
  • Heat and sunburn will never be the causes for me living in sunny England :) Thanks for you input. It's interesting to see what effects people's weights :)
  • I am using trendweight which does the same as happy scale but automatically updates itself from my wifi scales. My weight isn't getting me down as I know not to ever expect anything but I just wondered what kind of things massively effect others. A night out drinking for me and my weight drops loads but I know it will…
  • Really?? I didn't think that would have such an immediate impact. Thanks for your input :)
  • I think so or at least I can't find the brits
  • I want to look nice in my clothes and not worry about having to cover myself up or having fat poking out anywhere. Small but important :) gives me a hell of a lot of confidence
  • Bump!
  • Well done everyone for their losses :)
  • You've done incredibly well! Don't let the air force waste all that hard work you've put in :)
  • Starting weight - 65.8kg February Goal - 59.0kg Ultimate goal - 55kg 30/1/17: 61.1kg 6/2/17: 60.9kg 13/2/17: 61.0kg 20/2/17: 59.4kg 27/2/17: Slowly getting there!! I weighed 58.8 on Sunday but need to hit my goal on Monday next week!
  • You've got the right idea. I fully agree that if you try too much all at once, it will all just go to pot. This isn't the case with everyone but I certainly know it is with me. So don't massively overdo it, just keep slowly increasing what you do and if whatever you are doing is working then stick at it!
  • I agree but the more weight 24clouds loses, the more of a calorie deficit she will need. When you're getting closer to your goal weight, most people would rather up their activity than eating such a low deficit. It's much more sustainable :) More activity is always a bonus and should never be discouraged.
  • 24clouds that is a great lifestyle change to make. You will feel a lot better for it :) keep at it and I've got my fingers crossed the weather gets better for us!
  • There will come a time when eating just won't help you lose as much weight as you want. You may then consider incorporating more exercise. For now, I definitely think you should up your steps. I live in England and as long as you've got a hood and a warm jacket, you can walk anywhere. Try doing 2 x 20 minutes walks at…
  • Make little lifestyle changes. I eat out a lot and I just need to be smarter with my decisions. Get water? You don't need a juice or a soft drink or even alcohol. Do you need a starter? Is a dessert worth it? Is there someone you can share the dessert with? Which main is the healthiest? Do you even need to finish it or are…

  • Starting weight - 65.8kg February Goal - 59.0kg Ultimate goal - 55kg 30/1/17: 61.1kg 6/2/17: 60.9kg 13/2/17: 61.0kg 20/2/17 27/2/17 Ugh, I even hit 59.9 last week but when it comes to Monday's I weigh so much. Had a really bad weekend where I kind of gave up but I won't let it defeat me. I will be under 60kg next Monday!!
  • Come on everyone! Where are you weigh ins? We are meant to be keeping one another accountable :) let's get to it!
  • You're doing really well :) Just keep at it!
  • Whenever I meet a goal, I treat myself to something which I usually wouldn't have as it is calorie suicide. However, day to day I let myself enjoy small amounts of the things I like. You don't have to eat perfectly and can indulge a little each day as long as you stay under your calorie goal :)
  • Original Starting weight - 65.8kg February Goal - 59.0kg Ultimate goal - 55kg 30/1/17: 61.1kg 6/2/17: 60.9kg 13/2/17 20/2/17 27/2/17 Not the most pleased as I've been averaging low 60's but always seem to be heaviest on a Monday. Got my fingers and toes crossed for next week that i get an accurate weight :) JUST WANT TO…
