I use growing naturals plain unflavored rice protein. I add almond milk, fruit, and whatever sweetener i want. I love it and it doesnt cause bloating for me like whey does.

i went shopping for shorts yesterday. grabbed about 6 pairs to try on (ranging from size 4-6... i used to wear an 8), and for the first time in a VERY long time, none of them were too small, in fact most were too big! settled on a pair of size small. woohooooo

thanks guys! I just took a look at the Hal Higdon plans and decided to start with the novice 1 level =) Plugged it into my google calendar and everything. I think structure will be helpful esp since I have an end goal in sight.
