Hi everybody out there !! I eat my dinner at 7 pm everyday and go to bed by 9- 10 ish. But I usually get hungry then. I have been following a strict diet (For abs) and I always find myself confused as to what could be eaten before bed not hurting my abs diet. Any help would be HIGHLY appreciated. :)

Anything that fits into your remaining calories for the day is just fine.

You get "revealing" abs from low body fat. So it's more about HOW MUCH you've eaten more than what you've eaten (with the exception of alcohol) before bed.

Worst foods would be any that give you indigestion and therefore interfere with your rest. Otherwise, have at it.

as long as its within your calories, anything really
though i always tend to have fruit or oats/porridge, porridge has also been known to help people sleep better :)

There's no special food that will give you or deny you abs... If you want to eat at night, save some calories for then and then choose something that doesn't interfere with your sleep by causing indigestion or keeping you awake (like from caffeine)

I try not to eat salty stuff before bed...cause then I'm thirsty. That leads to drinking. That leads to having to wake up and pee a million times. I hate that.
