  • I use just the DVD's and MFP and am having much more success than when I used the containers with the DVD's.
  • If you take any medications, check the ingredients to make sure they don't interfere with your medications. I did research beforehand and discovered that one of the ingredients causes my thyroid medicine to be less effective.

  • I too was under 1200 calories a day when I tracked my containers. I didn't loose any weight.   • The first week HURTS. I mean muscle hurt, not bone or tendon hurt. But my muscles were in agony. The next week was better. Just do what you can and keep moving. That is what matters.

  • I've seen some articles say that drinking green tea can have a positive impact on your metabolism, but I don't know that the sources are reputable. I drink green tea for the antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties.

  • Just cut back to 1 or 2 a day. Don't give it up completely for now. Maybe some day you will, but make that decision then.   • Toning is good. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn even while at rest. Eventually the scale will show more results. But in the end I would rather be toned and have a higher scale number than be skinny with no muscle.
  • I didn't believe the first number (it was so exciting!) so I decided to make sure it was accurate. I normally only weigh once a day, but I may need to go back to once a week because the increases are driving me nuts.
