So I did gain this week, .6lbs for a total gain of 2.4lbs over the past two weeks. Not as bad as I thought but still not good.

It was overnight and under so I'll take it as a plus and see what next week's weigh in shows. Thanks I joined that group a few days ago on suggestions of another member. That's one thing I've noticed about MFP over Lose it is there aren't many groups for people needing to lose 100 or more pounds.

This was since yesterday morning, I always weigh first thing after I get up. Always heard that's you true weight, that the body gains through out the day due to water weight. Now whether that's true I have no clue 😁

I'm hoping water weight, I'm thinking some of the meds that I'm taking may be the cause, I'm on high blood pressure meds and a beta blocker, I was put on these little over a year ago. Ever since I've been fatigued and had trouble losing.

I'm looking to lose weight and gain muscle, basically get healthy. My goal weight is 195, I'm at 263 now. . I would like to bulk up my upper body, I've never been muscular but would like to be that way. I suffer from anxeity also, but once I get in the gym it goes away, it's just getting there.
