Bechoe Week 4 I know this isn't rocket science but I've lost the plot and in my head I think I'm week 4 .. Was not a good weekend, made no goals and lived guilt free, one bad day and one good day. Back on track tomorrow so keeping with exercise, hydration and no chocolat!

Keeping it simple seams to be working, today's challenges done. Tomorrow it's just the one, and that's staying sensible at an evening party buffet, will be the hardest to date....

Another successful day, should perhaps up the goals but enjoying the early success at moment... Tomoorow, copying from above, no social media after 9 plus the standard 2x green tea - feeling watered out Yiga No chocolat...

Today's goal done, going to repeat for tomorrow with a tweak.. Drink a gallon of water Yoga and add in some strength training No chocolat, will be third day, so this writing malarkey must be working

My goals achieved for today, only small challenges but three out of three gives a little boost... Always poor on my water so taking from @jmedgar above tomorrow's goals will be Drink a gallon Hour of yoga Skip the chocolate again, writing it down made avoiding it today a lot easier!
