DISREGARD MY LAST WEIGH IN, IT WAS WRONG
It was water weight, I weighed myself Sunday night, and it was 252.4 I gained .4 pounds. Im not gonna let it discourage me. I'm going to keep pushing!

Has been lower all week, but always higher on Wednesdays coz Tuesdays I don't not exercise as much (rest day).4 -
@12Sarah2015, that happens to me too. I've started only weighing on Sundays now because I couldn't stand to see it lower than on weigh-in day! LOL!
