I can't tell you how thankful I am for the hard work you guys put in to keep this team going. I was successful in losing 8 pounds in December and know it's due to the accountability to this group!!

Getting back on track for January. I didn’t really gain or lose in December and my overall goal is still 140. Currently hovering around 147-148. Excited for the new year and new goals.4

Hi there, looking forward to month number 3. A New Year a New Healthier Me.
I did not lose any weight in December, but I did not gain any either. So that is a bonus.
Looking forward to exercising harder and now that there are no more treats in the house it will be easier to eat healthier

Hi Folks! I'm Les - 40 (gulp, this just happened), mom of 2, wife of 1.
I've lost 50 pounds since starting my weight loss journey in April, and I joined Gutbusters in May. I've learned a lot from the team along the way.
I've got about 20 pounds of fat to lose before I'm at my goal. I've been working through the busiest part of my year over the last few months month, and I've never successfully maintained weight loss through this period before. Even though I didn't continue losing weight through these months, I feel good about maintaining.
Right now, I'm a coughing mess trying to recover after starting my winter holidays with the flu - big bummer.8 -

Bobby T here my weight fluctuates with two seasons (summer and tax season) i am trying to keep both peaks and valleys lower this year.
summer (valley) -I played on 4 softball teams. I was also in this biggest loser group last summer. I lost 30 lbs my weight last years was consistently in onederlandy
Tax season. (Peak) - I manage two tax offices this year so far I have gained over 20 lbs and I fear it will get worse without the support of a group like this.
I am robandy12345 in Fitbit, typically I am in ten challenges, this year I got a Ionic for Christmas and have been a member of Fitbit for many years. please feel free to add me.

I'm a mum to two toddlers. Just did over 10000 steps today! A first for a very long time. Aerobics, walking and dancing. Also weighed my dinner, will be weighing dinners for all of this month. I am going to join swimming for myself and my husband tomorrow, 10 sessions each. I have 7 pounds to lose to be my ideal weight. I've been on maintenance for a while now but the inches are coming slowly off my waist so I'm still losing.4

I have no idea what happened... I didn’t go over calories at all this week.. only thing different I did was paint a living room and staircase this week really disappointing and disheartening.6 -

Happy Sunday, Week 1, Gutbusters! For those of you who are new to the group, here are some weigh-in FAQs:
- When do I post my weigh-in?
Post on your "scheduled weigh-in day". So, if you posted a weight in the New Member Registration thread on a Tuesday, then your scheduled weigh-in day will be each Tuesday of the month. You can also check the December spreadsheet to see what your scheduled weigh-in day is. - Why is Week 1 beginning on Sunday? Haven't we been already posted our starting weights?
Think of it like a first birthday. You're born, then you have to live a whole year before you can celebrate being 1. In this challenge, you post a starting weight, then you have a whole week to work on weight loss before you post your Week 1 weigh-in. - How do I post my weigh-in?
Your posts should look like this:

CW: Current Weight in lbs - What's my previous weight?
If you're new, your Week 1 previous weight is whatever weight you posted in the New Member Registration thread, or check out the current spreadsheet to see what your posted info says.
