I use 1/4 avocado instead of mayo takes more time to crush up and blend but I like it a lot

Decided to share my meals for today still 100 under but I think I'll plan for any calories I haven't accounted for

I used the calculator and it says 1800 calories to lose 1 lb a week all good but it seems that's a very slow pace I was hoping to see 189 by July and 170 by October instead of next March

Can't eat nuts but I plan to get my calories up also one more thing if you do cardio and it subtracts calories should you eat back the said calories? It doesn't make sense to me

I work in the oil field if that tells you anything lots of stairs rigging for cranes working with 2 inch lines lots of maintenance also work in very hot engine room probably 3-6 hours a day for 2 out of 4 weeks of my work shift but on mfp my calorie intake is like 2000 but I just can't seem to eat that much and feel good…

To the first comment I feel fine but I do have trouble sleeping but I also sleep noon-midnight (really 3pm-11pm) and Reply to the second comment I don't use mfp tracker I use the app lose it as I don't have Internet 24/7 because of my job

I'm austin from ala my favorite features are my shoulders and I want to improve on my eating habits and stick to it Iveness im only 11 days in but I feel very motivated and excited for the future

If I can't workout because it's to rough on the boat or im slap whooped like today I just try and eat healthy as possible and reassure myself it's okay I'm still healthier than yesterday BUT if you miss a few or more days it gets kinda difficult to Wanna work out again for me anyway

From what I've read it's pretty bad lots of empty calories I only get 2 weeks every 2 months to drink and I'm gonna cut back to just the 2 Saturday's im home and also alchohol hinders your metabolism so that's not good for weight loss
